History

Established in 2003.

On December 12, 2003, BEALL & THIES, LLC was formed. While the Law Firm in Baton Rouge continues to maintain a dedication and focus on personal injury and helping those wronged by the negligence of others, Billy and Russell have expanded the firm to handle Family Law cases, as well as all types of Criminal and DWI Defense. BEALL & THIES, LLC has also come to represent a significant number of small business owners with their unique legal problems, as well as other lawyers facing disciplinary action by the state bar. Consider representing Baton Rouge small business owners and other lawyers an honor and a sign of the level of respect maintained by this firm within the business and legal community. Business Owner

Russell W. Beall is a founding partner in the Baton Rouge law firm of Beall & Thies LLC. His main emphasis of practice is on civil litigation including torts, product liability, premises liability and family law. Mr. Beall is a frequent guest speaker at Louisiana State University Law School where he participates in the Appellate Advocacy Program and Professionalism Orientation. He earned his B.A. degree at Louisiana State University and his JD at Louisiana State University Law School.

Mr. Beall has a highly successful track record in trial litigation, having won every jury trial he has maintained first chair position. Mr. Beall has participated in multiple cases where the judgment or settlement secured exceed one million dollars. In consideration of his very high legal ability and ethical standards, Mr. Beall has been awarded a «BV» rating by Martindale-​Hubbell Peer Review Rating service.
