Message from our founder, Dr. Thomas Ince:
«While I was working as a dentist hiring dental assistants fresh out of school, I noticed the lack of hands-on training they had received for the high tuition they had paid for their training. These assistants were not properly prepared to work chairside. I thought that it could be done better with a school that taught the hands-on skills that dentists wanted, for a minimal cost. My wife and I started the very first school in our first practice. We found that the best way to provide a hands-on learning environment, where students could gain a thorough understanding of how to assist, was to host the school in a dental office rather than a classroom. So, we held class in dental offices during their off hours. This proved to be a win-win; it provided a hands-on learning environment at a very affordable tuition, while still enabling students to work full-time. Payment plans allow students to stay out of debt. Great education at a fair cost.»
