Alarm Center is locally owned by Brian Watson, a Veteran of the US Navy Nuclear Submarine Service with a Top Secret security clearance. Mr. Watson earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA).
