Bickert’s Heating and Air Conditioning

Our water heater stopped heating the water and my husband and i couldn’t figure out how to get it started back up. We had only been in this home for maybe 3 months at the time and we didn’t know who to call. Well, we saw that Bickert’s was the last to service the heater that year and their name and number (luckily) were on a label showing the last service date. We called and they were kind enough to make a few general suggestions on the phone but when that didn’t work they suggested they come out. They were at our home in Bath in ten minutes!!! and had it up and running immediately! He also explained to my husband what caused it to stop working and showed him what to do in case it ever happened again. They were very helpful, fast and courteous. We are thankful we called them first. I couldn’t imagine showering in cold freezing water having to make an appointment and all. Their pricing was very reasonable and more than fair. Thank You,
