Beautiful spa with amazing staff. Lindsay did my facial and went above and beyond to cater the treatment to my skins personal needs. My absolute new favorite spot!

I wanted pale blonde hair and my hair is yellow with orange looking parts. It looks awful. I’m not sure whether to go back to have it fixed or go somewhere else. I don’t want her to touch my hair. It is disgusting for the cost and the top tiered colorist she is supposed to be.

I had my color done by Kourtney today. She is wonderful! Kourtney seems to have a natural knack for color. She is patient and listens intently. Also, she gives the best head massages at the shampoo bowl; so relaxing! I’m very pleased with my color and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend her!

I visit Zano’s for facials with Melinda. She is very patient, kind and knowledgable. Her beauty tips, product recommendations and overall service delivery is fantastic. The 4-star rating has to do with the pricing at Zano’s. I lived downtown for years and feel that Zano’s is actually more pricey than some of the quality salons I used in Lincoln Square. Overall, the facility is always clean, the staff is always kind and I always have a great experience at Zano’s, just wish the pricing was a little more reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon. I have really enjoyed going here now for well over a year. It has only gotten better with time and the staff is very talented. I’ve actually converted a few friends to start coming here!

Amazing massage by Kayla! I get massages all over the country– and this was on of the best! Definitely go for 75 mins, because you won’t want her to stop! I asked her for a deep massage, and it was perfect pressure, enough to work the knots out if my muscles, but no pain. I had a searing headache for days, and she melted it away instantly! I feel amazing!

Overpriced and mediocre haircuts I used to go to Zano for haircuts but the stylists prices kept on going up When i finally left she was charging close to 50 for men’s haircut. Come on! That’s not including a tip I was told some of stylists charge 70 for men’s haircut? Haircut was mediocre at best Stay away

I come here for waxing. Lindsay does a fantastic job. Only down side is that they’re too pricey! I will be going back!

I have been getting massages at Zanos for a couple of years. Sarah is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve gone to many places over the years and I can honestly say that Sarah is one of the best massage therapist that I’ve encountered. I like a deep/theraputic massage and she delivers this every time. I’m sure she also does a great Swedish massage(light massage) too. You won’t go wrong with a massage from Sarah.

I love Zanos — I’ve been going there for the longest time. Lora is awesome — she always know what to do with my thick hair. I always get a hair cut that is super easy to style and I get the best compliments on the hair cuts I get!

I have been going to Zanos for 3 years now and absolutely love it! Lindsey does a fantastic job with waxing– my eyebrows look amazing after her. Jemima gives wonderful massages. If you get the massage packages, they are $ 50 for a 50 minute massage. Karissa does a great job cutting my hair and is very efficient. Overall, I am always satisfied when I go to Zanos. On the down side, they are a bit pricier than other salons, which is why I docked them a star. And they don’t seem to run as many specials as they used to, such as 20% off if you came in during a certain week and buy $ 200 in giftcards and get $ 25 free, etc. All their deals seem to be targeted towards teens, which does make me sad.

I’ve been going to Zano’s on and off for about ten years. I’ve never had a hack job here, so that’s a good thing. It’s a bit pricey depending on who cuts your hair. Giselle’s a favorite of mine and she listens to what I have to say. She brought my hair from high school looking to grown up, so I have her to thank for that. It’s just too bad it’s so far away from me now.

I have been a customer at Zano Salon in Batavia since 2008. I loved my colorist so much that I use to drive over an hour to see her. Unfortunately, the prices here continue to increase but the service has definitly decreased. I had to cancel my appointment and the receptionist was very rude. My color wasn’t exciting me anymore, so I thought it was time to try a new salon. The colorist at the new salon thought my color needed some«major work» and she commented that my highlights had many bleed marks. My new color is so much better that I can’t believe I drove to zano’s for as long as I did. Also, my new colorist was 60 dollars cheaper! I use to pay over 300 dollars at zano’s for a cut and foil, which i think is ridiculous.

I really enjoyed this salon! I only started going here because I worked next door, but I must admit, I’m addicted. Its a little pricey, but perfect for pampering yourself. Its a very classy atmosphere, but everyone is really down to earth. Lara gave me the best haircut I’ve ever gotten and Lindsey did a great job with my eyebrows. Lima gave me a to-die for pedi. And all the staff is very helpful and cheery. However, the price is very high. I pay around 60 for my haircut and around 75 for a signature pedi. But its well worth it!

This was my 2nd visit to Zanos, on 7÷3÷09. My first was downtown Naperville. I was given Giselle. She must be the one no one wants and is given to first timers who don’t know better. She was short with me. A weak stylist. Didn’t part hair dead center even though she acknowledged me when I asked for it. That’s a tip off she’s a weak stylist. She trimmed the bottom edge of hair blunt cut. Just chopped it off without combing down layers at a time to give ends a polished look. I talked to her about wanting polished ends after what she did and she made an excuse about my having to use the flattening iron to ge that effect even though we both agreed on how the ends should be cut for the polished look. As if she was too lazy to fix it. She told me my hair was coarser than hers and it wasn’t. She told me my dryer with brush attachment would take longer than round brush and dryer when I know from experience it takes 10 to 15 min. starting with soaking wet hair.(I can prove it by filming it and posting it on youtube). Basically she was not intelligent, was lazy and condescended to me. I bet she couldn’t tell me which way was North from where she was standing. Where can I find a stylist who understands the science of hair. She only got 40% of my hair wet before washing it. The complimentary neck and shoulder massage lasted about 30 seconds I kid you not. And I asked her to cut the back of my hair straight across. I don’t like it to bow down in the center of my back and she cut it exactly how I said not to. She is not an intelligent person and she just seems very lazy and weak. Like she doesn’t like her job. I will never see her again. Mario Tricoci’s always does a better job. I think it’s because they take required courses to keep up with the times — not sure. But they’re so expensive. My hubby gave me a gift certificate to Zanos, with a massage in mind, but since the economy is so bad, I’ve been using it for haircuts there. I’ll stick to massages there and get haircuts somewhere else.
