Merrilee and Brad Batten, owners have been in the telephony business for many years with a combined experience of 40+ years. We have seen a lot of technology, some good, some bad, but through all the years we now have an understanding of what works and doesn’t work for businesses of any size.

Business Owner

Brad has been working in the business telephone industry since 1976. He has created many of the processes now used in the industry as well as one being used in VoIP technology. Having worked on all sides of the industry, from service to sales to purchasing, he knows what a customer wants and needs. His easy going, good natured attitude and vast knowledge of the industry has earned him many great contacts in the field of telephony which he uses in serving his customers.
