While I never actually used this company, when I called to inquire about wedding transportation for the bridal party and a shuttle from the hotel to the reception (a year in advance) I was told that any prices that were given to me could not be guaranteed.
The person also told me that I would be charged more to start and stop the time while the reception was going on, because it wasn’t worth them sitting in a parking lot during the reception. He also told me that despite the fact that I was calling a year in advance, if I happened to wait until 2 weeks before the wedding to book with them that they were going to charge me higher prices if they were busy.
