I had purchased a pair on Bosch wiper blades on July 2, 2015. My drivers side wiper blade has been squeaking so I took my car to my mechanic and he said it’s the blades and to take them back and get cheaper ones. So today I went to the store with my receipt and explained what was going on to the cashier and the ‘manager’. Then the cashier had to get the store manager not sure of his name. I told him what was going on and he said, «the Bosch icon are our best blades let me look at them is the car here?» So he went outside with me ripped the drivers side blade off and said that my wiper fluid was causing them to rot, and having my car outside was also ruining them… honestly I feel like he came up with this excuse just because I’m a girl. so he refused to give me cheaper blades but instead gave me the exact same ones that I didn’t want. He kept repeating, «I can only do this just one time, the wiper fluid is rotting them and your car sitting outside is ruining them.» He wasn’t apologetic about it or suggesting a different pair of blades it honestly felt like I was a burden being there. After I got the same Bosch icon blades that I didn’t want I called my mechanic to tell him what happened. He said he’s never heard anything like that, he said to just try the blades and if they continue to squeak then he will find me cheaper ones.
After this awful experience with the so called store manager I never want to go back.
I will recommend auto zone to any of my friends who need to get parts. This location is not worth your time or money. Go to auto zone. :)

Terrible customer service, was made to wait 20 minutes to be waited on, was then given the wrong parts… Cashier could have cared less, Don’t like having my time wasted, will go elsewhere for my parts…

I’ve had to come here on two occasions when Wal-​Mart didn’t have the item I wanted in stock. Each time, Advance had the items but for twice as much as Wal-​Mart wanted. How can a place get away with charging double what the competitor across the parking lot charges? I suppose there is a premium for having most stuff in-​stock, but charging 2X as much?
The staff during each visit has been drone-​like. Not rude, but not nice either. Not so much as a hello or acknowledgment of my presence. Even though I greet the cashier, they just take my item, ring it up, and give me my receipt. No «Thanks for shopping at Advance» or «Thank you» or «Have a nice day.» It almost seems like it is a hassle for them to ring up my purchase. Not at all welcoming. I don’t expect the royal treatment (it is an auto parts store after all), but I at least expect the staff to have some courtesy and appreciate that I bothered to come into their store.
To conclude my review, I’ll recount what happened after my first visit to this store. I got back in my car and was belting myself in. Meanwhile an able-​bodied customer was parked in the handicapped spot next to me. One of the employees from the store was helping the guy load a box into his car. The employee bashed the box up against the side of my car! The guy didn’t even look at me or apologize. He had no idea he messed up. Fortunately, there was no dent or scrape on my car.
In summary, the depth of the store’s stock is outweighed by its high prices and spartan customer service. I won’t be going back.
