This place has to have one of the most inept office staff in the Bastrop area. They simply cannot figure out how to bill insurance. The insurance company has even given recommendations on how the services should be billed so that Dr. Solly could be paid. This is to no avail. The insurance company relates that the TSO office is trying to bill under the name of Dr. Bastrop rather than Dr. Solly. This has been going on for months. Total frustration!
