Not impressed. Sheduled an 8am cleaning for my son, an established patient. Computers were down so they declined his cleaning. Arrived and had my husband still fill out paperwork without informing him that they were not going to do the cleaning! The computers went down the day prior. We did not receive a phone call to reschedule! Apparently the computer system is connected to the X-ray machine, therefore the dentist is incapable of doing his/her job. What does this have to do with the actual physical cleaning and assessment of a patients mouth?! We even declined getting the X-ray and insisted on just a physical cleaning and exam. Never spoke with the dentist. I spoke with the office manager who is incompetent as a role of «manager» in any profession. She spoke over me, was argumentative and unapologetic for the inconvenience. She had no knowledge of the actual procedure to answer any of my questions on behalf of the hygenist or general dentist. I gave an extra star for the doctor who performed general sedation and extraction on my son last year. She was fantastic but for the rest of the staff… go to etiquette school and get an education. You just lost my business along with the rest of the family.

Nice dentist, great receptionist and everyone else in between. Everyone was upbeat and fun. The tooth came out quickly and cleanly. No pain at all either. I went in before 11 am as a walk in, got out in about 2ish hours total.

Be careful with this dentist. They told me my son had 4 cavities even though his Austin dentist had recently seen him and found nothing. They added sealants and said they would need to address the cavities. Well I declined and took him back to his regular dentist. He found no cavities and informed me the sealants were not done properly and he fixed it. My daughter also needed sealants according to them but since it wasn’t covered by my insurance I declined. Today I get a collections notice for that work that was not done. Find another dentist. Drive to Austin.

My kids have had some bad experiences with dentists and really love this place. I don’t know the name of the dentist that they see, but they ask for him(the dark haired dentist with the blue eyes). He’s very friendly and really helps my daughter(who has very high anxiety about dentists) feel at ease. I used to travel all the way to the Lakeway area just to go to a place that I felt was nice and I don’t have to do that anymore — thank goodness! They allow the parents to stay with the children, they have the technology that the kids love(televisions above them while being serviced) and the office is very new and clean. I highly recommend this office.
