Their equipment is always in terrible shape, needing maintenance and repair. When it doesn’t function and needs to be returned, they try to charge for the time regardless. Had that experience several tines before realizing that was the norm for them. Quit using them. Better to go into Austin for more reliable service.

I have used Mathis rental 4 times in the last year. They have always been great. (I’ve renter a sprayer, tiller, chipper and another tool the escapes me). They load the items, show me how to use them, always answer their phone and were always opened on time. The people there are very nice and helpful. It’s really a great place and I have had nothing but 100% positive experiences.
