Customer service is very poor, they hung up on me four times in a row. When i went to pick up my vehicle, the over charged, didn’t do what they said they did and wanted to charge additional money for more repairs they said was needed. I left their place with the same problem i came in with but 1200 less in my pocket.
Overall i felt cheated and lied too. I didnt even want to take it back to have them fixed what the did wrong. Afraid i get taken again.

Husband and I went to get diagnostics done on my car and we encountered the worst and most disrespectful customer service from the owner of this shop. He cussed during our phone conversations and hung up on us when we were trying to get information on when we could get our car back. We were told we could get the checks done in a couple of days and they kept the car for a week without updating us and ultimately they said they couldn’t locate the source of our issues. Things have been stolen from vehicles at this shop do not recommend at all if you want a secure place to leave your car or truck or it fixed.

Requested a quote for a tow, they gave me a price of $ 235.00. I called Les Mott towing in bastrop, his price was $ 125. Also I had an accident a while back and L&M towed my vehicle back to their shop a total of about 3 miles and charged me $ 265 for that. When I went to retrieve my personal belongings out of the car they forbade me from going back there. My wallet, my phone and my wife’s purse among other things were in there. I went back there anyway with them threatening to call the police the whole time. My car sat there for a week while the insurance did their thing. When it was finally released to me totaled, I got in it and my stereo was missing and my exhaust had been sawed off. Enough said. DO NOT GO HERE!

Don’t ever take your car here for service or repairs. Rude, rude, rude. My husband called in to ask about our Toyota Camry and some needed repairs on it and the lady who answered the phone asked him what size motor it had. My husband did not know but gave her all of the rest of the details about the car. She told my husband «YOU, GO SIT ON IT!» Unbelievable. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you enjoy getting treated like crap.
