I moved to Bastrop a couple of years ago. This is one of the first stores that I visited. They have really fun Bastrop T-​Shirts and I got one from the famous Historic Chicken Sanctuary. Then it’s one a great place to get Blue Bell Ice Cream. It’s not a General Store per say but it has that type of feel. Really nice Antiques and some novelty food items. I really enjoy going in there just to hang out. I love Pam’s sense of humor, she and her hubby own the place. It really is one of my favorite stores in town!

It was one of our stops on the 1st Friday art walk. It was our favorite stop. They had some very cute house decorations, furniture, clothes, and the ice cream was delicious. Even better, the owners and their friends were some of the nicest and most welcoming people we’ve ever met. They were the role models of Texas Friendly! Do not miss this shop!
