The air pressure in my tires was low due to the temperature change. The XactAir machines were hard to find. After circling the store, I located them near the east corner along Hwy. 71. However, this was the easiest air pump I’ve ever used. The hose was flexible and lightweight and didn’t require fighting to hold on to prevent the auto-retract from engaging like others I’ve used. However, the price is listed as $ 1.50 with a CC, but I was charged $ 1.75 – a bit annoying.

Overpriced everything! The toilets we’re filthy! The security guards were more interested in flirting with the teenagers, rather than watch the people. The coffee was old and burned. The majority of the staff is rude, rude, rude!!! Don’t stop here if you drive a big truck. Not Friendly to Truckers!!!

The best place to stop in while driving long road period. Went to Austin and our first stop is Buc-ee’s and get Texas Burrito Steak, can’t go wrong with that! Went back to H-Town, again stop in Buc-ee’s and again get the Texas Burrito Steak and still can’t go wrong with that.

Not sure if all Bucee’s do this, but this one only gives employees a 10 minute break in an 8-hour shift… and they cannot even sit down to eat their lunch. Really?! I will not be spending another dime in ANY Bucee’s from this point on. Any company that treats their employees like this should not be in business.

Ugh. Everything in the store is so expensive. Plus, they don’t have a good variety of stuff, they just have a large quantity of the things they do have. For example, why no Arizona iced tea? Also, the kolaches are hugely disappointing… especially for 2 bucks a pop. My husband couldn’t eat the sausage at all. My ham and cheese was«heated,» but really it was just soggy. Waaaa, Bucee’s! So, the food sucks. The bathrooms and coffee creamer variety are good.

I have mixed reviews on this place… on our way out to a job the other day I made my first stop ever in a Buccee’s … I pulled into the lot and parked just outside the front door with my pump truck. … it’s not a semi but a big rig… we went inside… bathroom break… got coffee chatted with manager and explored a little… it’s a gas station with a mini walmart inside… so much stuff … coffee and food was good… well on our way back we stopped again to get some jerry and drinks. … that’s when things were different… my asst driver was approached by a manager and was told to move the truck behind the building… he did only to find out behind the building meant off the property. … found out trucks aren’t really allowed on the property… I know they don’t sell truck diesel but what the hell ??? They don’t even want us in there getting a drink or food??? Don’t want our business at all ??? The manager was pretty rude about it and I’m looking into contacting their corporate headquarters… by the way… there were 3 other semis in the lot when we came by first thing in the morning…

Your typical Buc-ee’s location. Clean restrooms, fast courteous cashiers, and cheap fuel. I think everyone else summed up what I would be saying. Keep in mind, it’s on the north side of the road if you’re traveling east on 71. Also, it seems stupid when Unilocal asks if this place has bike parking. It’s a fuel station. Unless they’re referring to motorcycles, but there are more than enough parking spaces to use a full spot.

I love Buc-ee stores! When you walk in for the first time, you are just instantly over-whelmed with the size of the convenience store and everything it offers. Even after going to the stores several times, its still just as over-whelming. If you are on a road trip and one comes up, you must stop by. Even if you do not need to buy anything but just use the restaurant, GOTOBUCC-EES! Not only will you not have to wait 20 minutes to go but they are clean! You could probably eat off their toilets. They are know for their huge restrooms and cleanliness. Don’t ever pass one up or you will be stopping at the random rest stops and sitting on silver jail like toilets that are freaky. They do provide a large amount of parking and even truck drivers have room to stop and rest for a bit if need be. Everyone is nice and friendly. You can tell that the management treats their employees right(or they put up a good face!) Minimum wage starts off at $ 11 to $ 12 an hour and you can live off that if you do not have crazy spending habits. They hire people of all ages and just know what they are doing. The price of the items in the store can be pretty up there but it seems like they carry everything! Just all kind of random things. You can go buy different kinds of grills there, iron pans, clothing, and just so much more. My favorite thing here… CHERRYBEEFJERKY! It is so delicious. If you are a meat eater and love Beef Jerky, I demand you stop here! It is the best and so delicious. They do carry some of their own products and its worth the taste! You must stop and enjoy the Buc-ees.

Had been watching this Buc-ee’s being built and finally got a chance to stop by. It’s the ultimate convenience store which capitalizes on the fact that it can be tuff to find a clean safe place to use the restroom when on the road. Not only to you know for sure here that there will be large clean private restrooms, concrete as in bricks that could survive a tornado, the store provides anything you can imagine food wise. It’s like a modern road hotel without the hotel, just everything else you need. Appears to provide parking for truck drivers to stop and sleep, one of the things that made Walmart appear to care about America before they started selling only cheap Chinese garbage and they have even been copied recently with Chick’s in Bryan Texas. Yes, best place to stop on a road trip by car. Well lit, huge amount of clean private restrooms. The staff here are excellent and friendly. Could be due to the fact that they are being paid $ 11-$ 12 an hour, above Texas Min wage according to their signs. Amazing what good will you can foster when hiring people instead of just paying them the min that the state requires. Thumbs up for that.

Clean with a vast selection of snacks and trinkets. My complaint is that they serve greasy hot sandwiches, but offer no place to sit down to eat them. I was driving a new car with less than 1,000 miles on it. The cashier suggested I eat the greasy, hot sandwich in my car. When I told her that was not an option she asked me if I had a tailgate.

Super clean, super friendly, huge selection of snacks, and great gas prices. There’s virtually nothing not to like about Buc-ee’s, but for a roadside convenience store, I’d have expected a slightly larger selection of fountain drinks. I think I’m semi-spoiled by Sonic’s drinks — or by the convenience store near me that has lemon, lime, and cherry for your drinks.

I walked inside and was flabbergasted. I’ve never used that word before in a sentence. I visited Buc-ee’s for the first time a few days ago on my drive up to Austin. This place is real? It’s the convenience store that never ends. I ended up ordering a pastrami reuben ON A TOUCHSCREEN. It was delicious by the way — buttery buns, hot pastrami, flavorful saurkraut, melted cheese, fried onion crisps, and bacon? I really think I ate some bacon in there… if I’m imagining it, the pastrami was so good that it tasted like bacon. The bathrooms are so big. I don’t understand. Each one had a hand sanitizer dispenser next to it. This is completely over-the-top and necessary. Groceries are sold too. Green peppers for 39 cents. Red peppers for 60 cents. Granted, they were a little smaller than the ones at your local supermarket, but still, that’s some cheap produce. Anyway, Buc-ee’s is a great pit stop. Tasty food, great bathrooms, and more.

Great stop for gas and snacks. Employees and fellow customers are very polite and helpful. Store is *VERY* well stocked. Bathrooms are *VERY* clean even when there’s a line hanging out the«door.» PLENTY of parking and several fuel pumps. Always a good place to stop when you need to.
