Avery McKay Salon & Spa

I came to Avery McKay for a pedicure. The salon is in a somewhat secluded area so the atmosphere was relaxed. Corrie did a great job and was very friendly. For some reason the polish got smudged 8 hours later when I put on shoes and socks for the gym. I thought that was sufficient time. Maybe the polish they use dries slowly. Otherwise, it was a nice pedicure.

Love Kiley! Love the Salon! I have very difficult hair, and iit looks great. She has been doing my color and cut for over 6 years.

Kiley, the owner is awesome. After moving here 2 years ago and trying another place in town (cursing, crude owners, dirty, messy salons…) I was horrified to think that this is what I was going to get in a small town. But then I walked into the serene atmosphere of Avery McKay and I started to relax. I’ve had some real doozie stylists in the past so of course I was gun shy but Kiley listened to my cut and color needs, recommended how to fix what was done and she nailed it! Every time, she gets it right. She is a master with color.
I can’t say about the other stylists but all of the clients I see leave looking fantastic. They are all very patient and talented. The place is small, quaint and relaxing. The only warning I have is… be careful what you say to your stylist since it is a small town and who knows who is sitting in the chair next to you! hahaha!!! From experience.
Don’t hesitate to call them, however, make sure I still have my time slot!
