History

Established in 1997.

CEO Rebecca Doane, MBA, dba Working Solutions, LLC, has practiced Human Resource Management for more than 30 years. She was the Human Resource Director for the City of Aspen for 8 years. Rebecca has been consulting businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond for more than 15 years. From medical offices to construction companies to non-​profits she has a wide range of industry experience. She is skilled in developing policies and procedures, administrating worker compensation and unemployment claims, and creating alignment between organizational mission and employee goals and objectives.

Business Owner

After graduation from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology Rebecca hired by CSU to work as an Analyst in the university personnel department where she managed employment for 5 years.

She relocated and became a Civil Rights & Employment Specialist with the Colorado Department of Transportation on the Glenwood canyon project for 12 years before becoming the Human Resource Director for the City of Aspen for the next 8 years. She has been consulting small businesses in the Roaring Fork Valley on a full-​time basis since 2008. Rebecca holds Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver.
