Dr. Alesha W.
Business Owner
Dr. Alesha Willis has worked with high-performance athletes including members of USA Rugby as well as elite members of US Masters Swimming, triathletes, cyclists, runners and golfers.
She integrates Diversified and Activator chiropractic techniques with soft tissue therapy and functional rehabilitation to provide comprehensive care for improving performance and speeding recovery. She is full-body certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and has studied extensively in a wide variety of additional soft tissue techniques including muscle energy techniques (MET), Active Isolated Stretching and the Anatomy Trains approach to structural integration. Her analysis involves long lever muscle tests to help identify proprioceptive deficits and kinetic chain dysfunction. Dr. Alesha also performs comprehensive functional assessments that identify breakdowns in the kinetic chain so that corrective exercises can be implemented to further improve optimal proprioceptive and biomechanical function.
