Travelers beware. My son had a blow out tire on the highway coming home from college. This company was called by the officer who stopped to help him. Without discussing cost or payment, they pulled my son out. They then told him it would be 500 dollars-​cash! He called me frantically. After talking with the man he reduced it to 200 but my son had to pay cash or they kept his car. Two days later he called and started screaming obsenities at me and told me if I didn’t pay him at least another 100 he would come tow the car away, charge me the full 500, and have me and I had to drive back to peoria to pay cash and he was going to give me until noon to get there (except he wasnt using appropriate language) and hung up on me. He also said they charge an extra hundred whenever the police call. Not sure what that is about.
