Janet L.

Business Owner

Janet LaCava is a former professional dancer, trained in top dance schools in New York City, and is a dance instructor, choreographer, dance competition judge, wife, mother and grandmother. She been the president of a dance teacher organization, and organizer and director a regional ballet company and of dance competitions and, also, the Vice President on the founding school board for a performing arts charter school.

Janet has judged for many local and national dance competitions. She also competed and won many high awards in national and international dance competitions in ballroom, ballet, tap, jazz and more. She has choreographed for dance schools, competitive dance teams, high school dance teams, theater productions, competitive ballroom dancers and won many choreography awards.

Janet owned and directed her own, successful dance school in Pennsylvania and retired in 2007. She still teaches, judges dance competitions, part-​time.
