Virginia’s Café is Bartlett’s original «Donut Deli». Featuring delicious Daylight Donuts and breakfast foods in the morning and scrumptious deli sandwiches, soups and salads for lunch. Whether you are «on the go» and need to refuel in a hurry or you just want a relaxing cup of coffee, a snack and conversation with friends or family, Virginia’s Café is the perfect spot. After graduating with a culinary arts degree from L’ ECole Culinare, Ginny Stone created her own brand of gourmet cookies. Orders rapidly increased and she soon needed a larger production facility. She knew that her neighborhood Daylight Donut’s shop closed at noon each day so she made an arrangement with the owner to utilize their kitchen in the afternoon to prepare Virginia’s Cookies.

In June of 2014, Ginny decided to purchase the Daylight Donuts franchise in Bartlett, TN. After perfecting her baking skills and winning «Best of Bartlett» donut shop in 2014 she had a strong desire to share her savory cooking skills, Daylight Donut’s menu was expanded to include lunch.

In 2015, Virginia’s Café was born as Bartlett’s first «Donut Deli». Join Ginny and her staff for a delicious breakfast or lunch featuring freshly prepared soups, salads as well as her signature Meatloaf Sandwich. Open 5:00 AM until 2:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday.
