Established in 1995.

Our parent company, Wash Depot Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1995 and is based outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Wash Depot is a national, privately owned company that operates full service and exterior car washes under the Sparkling Image Car Wash® and Eager Beaver Car Wash® brands. Under the leadership of owner, President and CEO Greg Anderson, Wash Depot has grown from 16 to 50 locations in 9 states.

Worst car wash ever. Tires were filthy. When I asked the little girl to do it over, she huffed and puffed. Still left tires a mess. Had to call and come back.

Very disappointed! I paid for the Full Service #1 car detail. They ran it through a $ 5 car wash, vacuumed the inside, cleaned the wheels and windshield. I could have done that little bit for $ 7 at a self-​serve car wash. Paid $ 30 + tip. I didn’t have time for a redo so they offered me to come back at my convenience. It will never be convenient for me to repeat what should have been a simple detail that included the cup holders, door panels and dashboard.

This is possibly the worst car wash I have ever used. A very long wait for my car to be cleaned. Then when I finally got it it was done halfway. I was out of time so I had to leave. I cannot recommend this carwash.

I strongly disagree with the other negative reviews on here. I’ve taken my car to lots of other car wash services, and I now regularly drive from Germantown to this car wash because of the crazy level of detail and time they spend scrubbing dirt and bugs off the front of my car. They’re not the fastest and I usually have to wait a good hour, but that’s exactly what makes them better than other places, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

My truck was still there when I took it to these guys had a full detail done and the car almost look brand new! They took care of the inside as well as the outside! My truck has not been this clean since I bought it!

Poor service from entrance to exit. When I pay for hand dry, don’t let it sit for 10 minutes before drying. Time to find a different place.

I took my grandmother’s ’09 Cobalt here for a good cleanup one weekday afternoon…
The car literally looked like someone had dumped the crumb trays from every fastfood restaurant in the metro area into the floorboards, door pockets, and every open nook and cranny in this car…
I can’t remember what the level of service I paid for was, but they said it would need to be pulled into the shop and detailed on the inside to get rid of all the debris. Total after taxes was $ 45 and some change. About an hour and a half later (they were really busy) the car rolled out of there looking like it was brand new off the showroom floor and pristine on the inside.

I have a black SUV and through them cleaning the car it’s streaky I had to go around and wipe down the car myself. Bad Service! And I paid for the $ 30 for this car wash! I would not recommend it to a friend

Bottom line: fast, friendly, affordable.
What they can improve is a little in the area of quality.
Like most things, you get what you pay for. In my case I spent $ 21 for a wash, tire clean, and vacuum interior.
My car isn’t always waxed or needing special treatment, so outside looked fairly clean, and they did vacuum & clean the windows. The vacuum job left more to be desired, it wasn’t the most thorough.
To be fair, if you need a quick clean, they’ll get it done. They do offer more detailing services I have not yet tried and they should be given the chance for sure to do a good job. They did ask if I was pleased before I left so give these folks a chance.
