History

Established in 1998.

I attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois from 1984 – 1988 where I received a B.A. in Molecular Biology, I attended medical school at University of Illinois in Chicago from 1988 – 1992 where I received my M.D. degree. I attended Indiana University in Indianapolis where I did my Orthopedic Surgical Residency from 1992 – 1997. I completed my fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Hip and Knee Replacement and Revision with Dr Wayne Paprosky at Central DuPage Hospital and Rush Presbyterian St. Luke. I completed my fellowship and started private practice August 3^rd 1998.
