The worst manicure I have ever had. I hate giving a bad review, and dont take the impact lightly. The woman that did my nails was so rough she made me bleed. I have three fingers that have wounds where the cuticles were cut until they bled. Getting a manicure should not require bandages. Insult to injury, the polish stayed gelled for days and never hardened. Never going back. They totally need to acess staff and how old their polish is.

This is more of a 3.5 stars salon. I called for a last minute appt for shellac (no chip) nails. After the 1^st few minutes after arriving… trying to figure out what they were saying, no chip means shellac nails. The salon is clean, staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.
I had a male nail technician. His work was ok. I already had old shellac which he had to remove but when he manicured and begin to polish I realized he didn’t do a very good job removing the old polish yet continued to do the rest of my nails. It was one of those days for me where it wasn’t worth the time to have him redo every nail. So I figured it’s just color, I’ll come back again and change color. But when I was finished and paid, I realized my nails were poorly filed/​shaped and were uneven.
I am sure there are better nail technicians in this salon, but since I am not local, it’s a one time and done deal for myself. My daughter had better luck with her nail technician, her nails came out nice.

This was the second, and last time I’ll come here. I get no chip manicures every 2 – 3 weeks but this was the worst one yet. Not only were some of my nails filed crooked, but filed down so thin, that 6 of them have broke in only a week. Also cut my cuticles on 3 fingers-​OUCH! Never again

I have been going to Luxury Nail Tech for 9 and a half years and I cannot say enough good things about the shop! Tina (owner) made me feel welcome from day one; she goes out of her way to remember your name and she uses your name each time you come in a welcoming manner. They are very careful with the elderly and hold onto their arms to make sure they do fall. I am very particular with my nails and I have gel nails and have a pedicure done monthly. The staff are very skilled and I have never had a problem with the services I have received. I guarantee if I didn’t like their services I would not still be going there. I highly recommend this shop! It is a clean shop! Choose anyone in the shop and you won’t be sorry.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 8 years. The techs that work there are not knowledgeable on how to perform nail services. They are hired on spot and come and go. I am not a picky person but it seems that every time I do go in there is either a delay, crazy up-​charges, really bad polish application. No attention to detail so hopefully you like a half-​a** job. Not a disgruntled customer. Just been on my mind for 8 YRS and I honestly think I only come here because of location. I regret every time I don’t want to drive an extra 5 miles to a much better salon. I personally know the owner– Tina, she is great but she is the only one who has her plaques of certification on the wall and really, the only face I’ve seen for 8 consecutive years.

Very friendly and anyone in the salon does a really good job. I don’t go to one specific tech and I’ve never had a bad experience. Their prices are pretty reasonable too. I’ve been too a lot of salons and they are definitely the best in Bartlett!

I previously got the no chip manicure done at a salon in Schaumburg and within a week they looked gross. Today I went to this place and the owner was so friendly and kind. And the nail tech that did my nails didn’t rush, she took her time removing the old no chip and applying the new on. Very precise making sure the color looked even. I was really satisfied with her work and will return back when I need to get them done again. Wish I knew the techs name because I’d totally go back to her. A lot of the other customers seem like regulars who went in today and that is a good sign to me.

When I called and made an appointment she said just come in and I guess that’s what she says to everyone because she wants the business. I went in to get a regular manicure and I was out in twenty minutes because she did it so quickly. I’m not only expecting my nails to be done nicely but with thought and time. Don’t rush my nails because you want more business, being greedy will come back to you.

First time here and I will def be back! Tammy did my Pedi fast and efficient and her extra leg massage was really nice! I mentioned to Tammy that I was in a hurry because I had to get to work and she had me go to Tina for my no chip mani. Which I’m glad because I mentioned to Tammy I would like a patriotic theme to my nails for the fourth but didn’t have a lot of time so if she couldn’t do a design it’s ok. Not only did she do a great job on whole mani and design but she got me out way earlier than I expected! You can tell they are really grateful for their clients here and do a good job for a reasonable price! Not the fanciest place but the two ladies I had made me feel well taken care of :))

I visited this salon for the first time months ago and will be the last time. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure polish chipped within a week and the manicure chipped within two days. I did not get my money’s worth.

I only went once and would never go back — when the nail tech put the tools for the manicure, the tool used for cuticle removal had nail polish on it — it was obvious they didn’t clean the tools properly.

This is a great place with a great deal. A manicure and pedicure for $ 33 cannot be beat! Great service and a very nice, clean environment. Would definitely recommend it.

I have been coming to Luxury Nails for at least five years. Tina and Tammy and all the rest of the girls are wonderful. They are kind, caring, considerate and always give excellent service. They are very knowledgable about their craft. The shop is very neat and clean. Lots of product and techniques to choose from. Very friendly atmosphere. New pedicure chairs. I highly recommend this shop to you!

They are great here. Very nice and remembers my name every time I come in. I went a couple weeks ago for a pedi and the next day, the tops were a little worn. I went back and they immediately fixed them by repainting them! No charge and apologized up and down. Prices are ok, but friendly and clean so I don’t mind paying a couple dollars more.

Went there for the first time today, my sisters go there on a regular basis and I thought why not try it. They did an excellent job on all of our mani’s and pedi’s. They even did my little girls nails which she was SO excited about. Very friendly staff, extremely clean and very competitive prices. Would recommend this place to anyone!

My first mani-​pedi ever, and I wanted to make sure I went to a good place for a first time experience. I ran a search for nail salons near my neighborhood and called most of them to find out how much they charged for a mani-​pedi. This one was the cheapest with $ 33. Not a bad deal!
I felt like a princess by the way they treated me. The lady exfoliated my legs and feet, gave me a light foot massage while I sat relaxed in an automatic massage chair. She even helped me pick a color when I had narrowed down two pale shades.
I took away one star because NOBODY spoke English. They somehow did manage to communicate, and I was struggling a lot to understand what the lady, who was doing my mani-​pedi, meant. I had to rely a lot on body and sign language. More so, she left a few tiny spots on my finger nails naked. But all in all, it was a wonderful experience.
Since it was my first time, everybody was very nice to me. Very reasonably priced, and clean. Everybody had a smile on their faces, which I liked!

My daughter and I have only gone a couple of times for pedicures, but so far so good! They can always accomodate our appts, even though the place does always seem to be full. They just got new pedicure chairs… sweet! We’ve not found anyone specific that we request, but we’ve not had any disappointments so far with the four that we’ve had. Not sure it’s quite as Luxurious as the name would imply, but for your standard nail shop, it’s great!

Tina and Trish are sisters and they both own the business. They are both wonderful people. As well as Tina’s husband who frequently cleans up the place and gets customers ready for their pedicure if they are waiting.
It is very clean and the prices are perfect! Tina and her girls do fantastic jobs! They always get the latest colors for each season! I would never dream of having anyone else do my nails! Thank you Tina! :)
