I never write these but these guys deserve recognition. The owner Robert was one of the nicest most honest guys I have ever met. He actually talked me out of doing things that I thought needed to be done because he said he didn’t want me spending money if I didn’t have to. How rare is that these days? The crew was super nice… super clean. hustled. and did a great job. I didn’t look at Unilocal before I contracted with these guys but the reviews speak for themselves. Every facet of the experience from the initial consult to the closing handshake was perfection. I will recommend these guys to everyone I know. A+ Thanks Robert!

Great experience! Found Attic Air via Unilocal and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Richard responded very promptly and came out at the scheduled time for a quote. Received the quote the next morning and it was very reasonable. Returned the quote and we were scheduled 10 minutes later! So easy to work with!
Crew was on time and quick. Alex from the crew made sure to have me poke my head in the attic and see the new fan installed and operational. He also pointed out the new soffit vents being installed so I could verify the new ventilation scheme. Great service!
Will definitely be calling Attic Air when it is time to add insulation to my attic!

I had a tremendous experience with Attic Air. They came out exactly when they said they would. They found a couple of a problems with vents and called to tell me about the problems. Robert even offered to take a picture of the problems and text them to me. They are very professional, incredibly clean and trustworthy. I would highly, highly, highly recommend this company in a heartbeat.

We had a great experience with Attic Air. They were knowledgeable and very fair. We used them for soffit vents, bath vents corrected, new attic fan, and adding insulation.

The crew did good work on a hot day. The only problem was the fan wire was not connected to power. That cost $ 175.00 for 10 minutes work.
I find that very expensive.

We had them install a cover over our attic opening, for energy efficiency. While it has been successful at that, most enjoyable is how much it has cut down the noise from the attic fan.

I asked for the wrong fan but it didn’t matter, they had the right one on the truck, gave me great advice on the venting and I am looking forward to improved performance.

OUTSTANDING! these guys get it! fair honest and they come prepared! Had sofit vents installed, a roof vent, and a bath fan/​heater.
they even brought magic erasers to clean any messy fingerprint smudges they accidentally made.

The company offers on time, prompt, clean, no non-​sense approach that is not common amongst contractors.

I had a roof vent installed for my bathroom, and Attic Air’s team was quick and polite. They were in and out within the hour, which also included a quick attic inspection.
The price was also cheaper than other quotes I had received.

We had Attic Air out to insect and advise of our attic situation. They have done outstanding work in the past for us. Robert and his crew are fair and honest. They do great work. Keep it up !

After getting several reviews to insulate my two attics, Attic Air clearly came out on top. Their prices were fair (any properly done attic work will be expensive if you didn’t know already). Gave an accurate assessment of what I would need done, and I know this because I had an independent mold inspector come out for another issue who told me just what I need for a sound attic.
They properly vented two bathroom exhaust fans through the roof, opened 16 soffits and blew a total of R-​60 insulation. I also wanted a humidistat fan installed And not only could they do it but they could run the electrical needed where other companies told me I had to bring in an electrician to do it.
Robert and his 3 guys worked their butts off. They were friendly, efficient and very professional. I was also pleased beyond expectation at how clean they were. They laid tarps, vacuumed as needed and didn’t leave much behind inside the house. There was some paint chips left outside the house from where they had to cup open some vent chutes which I had to clean but nothing too terrible. There was also some very minimal drywall chipping around a light switch they had to remove to run electrical into the attic, but it is nothing that can’t be easily fixed when I paint next with a smidge of spackle.
All in all I am very pleased and would highly recommend them. Honest estimate, professional employees and quality work!

Great guys… I had them come out while I was doing my own insulation because I was afraid I didn’t have enough ventilation in the attic. Knowing the problems this can cause, I wanted it fixed before I finished my ventilation.
The guys from attic air came in and not only looked at my soffits, but did a pretty good review of our ventilation and insulation.
Sure enough, the people who did my soffits did it wrong, but the owner of Attic Air told me my level of ventilation was pretty good and didn’t find it worth it to cut out more ventilation holes.
He did find that my bathroom was venting directly into the attic which could be a mold hazard. He advised it wouldn’t be too hard to fix myself but provided a very reasonable quote for them to fix it.
When called him to come do it, he had three guys come in and got it done very quickly. The guys were very respectful of our house and cleaned up well.
Honest guys and very thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

A++++ company. These guys know what they’re doing, do it quickly, and do it very cleanly. They’re priced reasonably and set a standard for customer service and value. I’ve had them at my home twice to do a couple of different jobs. In one case they found an unrelated problem with a chimney cap which they offered to replace at a very reasonable price (I could have done it myself so I know what the parts cost.)
This is what customer value and quality are all about. Recommended very highly.

I called to get a quote/​inspection on the phone for an attic fan and mentioned I was in kind of a hurry. The owner said they could come out in an hour and just do the job for a flat rate since they were finishing up another job.
Brought a crew of three and kept saying how my house turned out to be harder than they thought. I expected them to wiggle on the rate. But no, they stuck to the quote even though it took some extra time, headaches. Owner was really nice, friendly and FAST. They didn’t want to waste my time which was really nice.
They were referred to me from my insulation guys who don’t do ventilation, but Attic Air do insulation as well. Highest recommendation.
