My background is in healthcare as a department manager. I have my MBA, however, I never intended to start my own business until I was frustrated with the politics of working for a chain hospital. I was very, very lucky to find the Association of Residential Cleaning Services, Intl (ARCSI) and have learned a ton by immersing myself in the industry. I believe in continuous improvement and invest a lot of my time learning how we can better serve our clients.
