Hook & Book Towing & Roadside Service

I came across this great organization, when I had to get one of my vehicles from my apartment complex because it wasn’t running (Tyrant management owners that are running my apartment complex). Any who, I called Hook &Tow and explained the situation and the customer service women was so nice and understood why I was a little «upset». She simply said, «we will take care of you and I can have a driver there in 10 minutes.»
We also discussed the price as well which was really very reasonable, 10 minutes later the driver came by and I pointed out my car. He went straight to work hooked and towed it in less then 10 minutes.
We then went to my buddy house, where I will store my car until I get «her» up and running. The space was tight but the driver was a professional, he got «her» in. (kudos to the driver too). Overall I give this 5 stars because the professionalism from the customer service women to the driver. That is really hard to find in Barstow. Keep up the great job, Hook and Tow and I thank you for helping a Soldier out!!!

I’m giving these guys 5 stars just for the fact that because of their mistake I got a free uhaul rental today I had booked a reservation online. It was supposed to be ready by 3 it wasn’t. Matter of fact no one was there to assist me. I called the office after hours number only to be told that it would take 40 minutes before some one could help me. They then told me i should just go to the other uhaul on main street. I did…

After being totally displeased with Progressive Insurance not helping me locate Hook and Book Towing. I did some googling and found this amazing place on my own. Danny a wizard who took a badly damaged axle, grinned and sanded the area. He then found a bearing and hub which fit like a glove and had me on my way to Laughlin with my jet ski trailer. Danny gave me his business card and said «please call me when you arrive at your destination» Thanks Danny and his sons for making my trip worthwhile.

These guys here went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded in the Mojave with a blown head gasket. They were able to get my car from Barstow and send it all the way back to San Diego for half the cost as any other towing company which at that time was running 900. They saved me time and headache. Its not so much the dollar value with them. They are really there to help you. Stacy was a great help as well as her husband. Whenever headed to or from las Vegas you should have their number saved. A++++ types of people. We are blessed to have came across a honest company!

When you have a car towed the dollar amounts start dancing in your head. They were very accomondating and helpful in a very tough situation we had when we found ourselves stranded in Barstow, 150 miles from home. They gave us a good deal and helped us when we were in a tough situation with a total loss vehicle. Thank you so much.
