History

Established in 2007.

I drove by the building several times seeing it was for sale. I was not happy at my current job, so I talked with the realtor and made an offer. After being accepted and the bank approving a loan. I never cooked in a restaurant before but like to cook. It has been a great experience and the customers are great.

The building used to be a grocery store when my dad was a kid, he is 81yrs old now.

I come from a family of 5 kids. Grew up in a small town, so I have small town values.

I believe in treating people good. I have been told I spoil my customers and I reply that they keep coming back because of it. They are not just customers, they are family.

I have a daughter, two granddaughters and one on the way. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats,

love animals.
