Meet the Manager
Kevin S.
Manager
Kevin Sherman leads the company with over 29 years experience and over $ 100 million dollars of completed project value. His diverse design and construction experience includes facilities for manufacturing, general and executive offices, A/V recording studios, computer/IT, food service, fitness, health care, cultural, single and multi family housing, and parking facilities. Prior to starting his business, from 1985 to 1989 he served as staff architect and project manager for GHK Associates. From 1982 to 1985, he served on the architectural staff of design firms Conrad Associates, and Matthei & Colin Architects. He is a BARCH graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago and an Illinois licensed architect since 1987. He has served various professional and civic communities as a volunteer since 1984, including the Irish-American Heritage Center, Rotary International, and American Institute of Architects.
