Rehab Connection is a physical therapist owned private practice which offers physical and occupational therapy for all ages. Our goal is to ensure a friendly, comfortable and inviting environment at all of our convenient lcoations. We pride ourselves on our one-​on-​one care and personal attention. We offer treatment for sports, work and auto injuries, as well as fractures, joint and muscle injuries, pre and post surgical conditions, degenerative joint disease and much more. We offer aquatic therapy, vestibular rehab and we are Graston certified.

We have convenient day and evening hours and accept most insurances.

We will maintain active communication with your doctor and case manager so you can focus on your recovery.
