Very dissatisfied with this company. Tried to rip me off. Workers were nice, owner is a con artist. Told me the unit I needed was no

dime me. Stay away, far away. I would love to give then no stars

At about 2:00 PM today, I realized my heater was not working. After doing a little investigation, I discovered the pilot was out and would not re-​light. I called Phoenix at about 2:45. I was told no one could be out until tomorrow. I explained that I had no heat. She immediately offered to have a technician out today. The tech showed up before 4:00 PM. I had heat by 5:00.
This review is my thanks to Phoenix for coming when needed.
The cost was fair. especially considering the circumstances.
This is at least the third time that I have used this company in the past ten years. Their work has always been more than satisfactory. This was the first «emergency» call. I have always been happy with their service and this instance was certainly no exception.

This is the worst heating repair company in New Jersey. They came to repair my heater, left and it was working for a little bit but then broke down again. When he came back the next day, they charged me for two days of service. The service tech never saw my heater before and was on the phone most of the time on the first day. This is the worst repair experience of my life.
