THEY CUT MY DOGS EAR!!! not only did they cut it, they cut it so bad that they couldnt stop the bleeding so when we came in my poor baby had a huge chunk of bloody talc powder covering the wound. when we took her to the vet he said they couldnt even remove all th junk they put on it and hoped she didnt get an infection. They acted like it was no big deal and wouldnt even refund our money. ive never been so disgusted with a so called place of business. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL!!!

This place is AWFUL! Do not take your pet here… no matter what.
If you are desperate for grooming and this is your only choice, go buy a Flobie instead and do it yourself.
They are rude, inconsiderate, and horrible at grooming. How they stay in business is beyond me. We took our cocker spaniel in and they basically shaved all of his hair off AFTER we asked them for a lamb cut.
I cannot stress this enough… DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff was friendly an courteous and they were very nice with my dog. I don’t know what the other review is talking about since I never saw them handle any dogs «roughly» before and they never emphasized me having an appointment, though that review IS 3 years old now. I was a walk in 4 times now and every time my dog was treated like a little princess. The cut wasn’t anything special, and my dog has had better cuts before, but the service is what keeps me coming back. I think I’m still trying to convey exactly what we want her to look like, but it’s not like they butcher my dog’s cut.
