Novas Dohr & Coll OB Gyn Associates

So upset with this practice. My first prenatal visit was a sign I should not have kept with this practice. Showed up at 2:45, 15 minutes prior to my appt. I didn’t get to see the doctor until 4pm and didn’t leave until 4:30. There was no apologies for being told «doctor will be in soon» and then having to wait alone in a room for over an hour. Now this morning I was extremely concerned with something that happened during the night, and called for the oncall doctor to give me a call back. After 3 calls and now 5 hours later, no call from doctor. Each time they said «sorry doctor just got the message she will call back within 15 mins». Such a shame how these people treat patients. I was given a referral for this doctor, so I thought why not give Novas a shot. I instantly made the front desk giggle and considering I was the last appointment I pride myself on making the tired and homesick staff feel better.
I was originally scheduled for a 6p and the office closes at 7p on Thursdays. I didn’t see the doctor until a little after 6:30p and this was purely waiting. I had already filled out my paperwork prior to arriving so that I would not have to wait. By the end of the day I just want to meet my bed for our daily appointment, so I was a little irritated of the wait time.
But I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the nurse and Dr. Novas as they listened, advised and took great care of me. They are well equipped with flat screen monitors and printing of any images you may need to take. I was impressed.
The office itself is clean, fresh and inviting in terms of décor. Plus a nice flat screen for your viewing pleasure. I think I’ll hold onto this doctor.
