History

Established in 1978.

Rutledge Insurance and Financial Services evolved from Philip Rutledge who became an Allstate Agent in 1978 at the age of 23. Back in those days, Allstate was owned by Sears, and Phil Rutledge started at the Allstate Booth in the Northbrook Il Sears store. After 6 years in Northbrook and Deerfield, we moved to Barrington Il in 1984.
