Ubersox Auto Group

We bought a 2007 Town and Country mini van from Iowa County Chrysler dealership and had great service. We felt as if our business was importNt to them. Then Ubersox bought up this small town business and replaced staff that knew the customers with staff that acts like we are an inconvenience to them. Our van started to rust around the door bottoms and when we mentioned it to a Chrysler employee he basically told us ‘Too bad, just buy a new van’ we take care of our vehicles and keep them clean and well maintained and didn’t feel that this was an acceptable response.
We keep getting mailings about buying a new vehicle. It was very annoying getting mailings from them sent from different states so often. We requested that our name be removed from their mailing list. Obviously we weren’t listened to as again today we got another waste of paper from them. We have been so turned off by the lack of quality if Chrysler products and customer service that we traded the van in and bought a FORD.
