Mitch’s Automotive Towing and Salvage

The first time I had work done, the owner failed to call with diagnosis. He did the work without consulting me. He decided to use premium part instead of giving me opportunity for used part on old truck. This time I had truck towed to garage. I called the next morning to explain. A lady answered phone and handed me off to lady that handles the work orders. I explained issues, and was promised a call back. 3 days later I called and spoke to owner. He told me they had been too busy to get to it. I asked why nobody told me that, and he said“hey man, nobody even told me it was coming.” He said it didn’t get to his lot until Wed. I explained I had confirmed with his people on Tue. it was there. He argued with me,. When I told him I may just pick truck up he wasn’t interested in my business. I guess It’s my fault for expecting communication among his staff. I say, proceed with caution. I’m going somewhere else.
