History

Established in 1994.

We started out with a restaurant in the Sauk Co. area after five years we started catering. We won the Restaurant of the Year for South Central Wis., receiving an award from Govenor Tommy Thompson. A year later we began full time catering. We found that the catering offered us a bit more flexibility and we started our family.

This year we are celebrating 20 years in the catering business.

Meet the Business Owner

Michael A.

Business Owner

Chef Michael graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management. He then went on to a journeymenship at the Drake Hotel in Chicago for 3 years before making his home in Baraboo. He is active in the community with Optimists USA, Community Christian School, teaching within the Pro-​Start Culinary program at Portage High School.

Chef Michael, along with his wife, Debbie, currently own and operate Elite Catering & Bakery a family business. They have become known as a hard working, creative team; reliable caterers with some of the best food around. If you want an event where your guests will talk about the great food, as much as the party, Elite Catering is the one to call.
