Let me just start with this… if you are even pondering or entertaining the idea of buying anything here, DO NOT DO IT!!! It must be a prerequisite upon hiring that you look at your job like it is a joke. The employees were not helpful, they were not knowledgeable, and when they royally screwed up they never apologized or did anything to make it right. They left my furniture in the showroom for whatever random person or kid could play on it over a long rainy holiday weekend. I had paid for it on a Thursday but couldn’t pick it up until Monday. They PROMISED they would remove it from the showroom floor and put it out back for the weekend. When I went to pick it up on Monday, there it was still on the showroom floor. I was not happy. After they told me that I couldn’t speak with the manager as he could only be seen on an «appointment only» basis I demanded a full refund. Low and behold he showed up a couple of minutes later and offered me a twenty dollar discount. Twenty whole dollars off a fifteen hundred furniture purchase! Needless to say I left with my fifteen hundred dollars and no furniture. I then went to Merrill Furniture in Ellsworth and got much nicer furniture and actually spent a bit less!
