This company which appears to have more than one name” Response Card Marketing and/​or Data Solutions Group” is very unprofessional. Why their website url is
is questionalbe. They addresses are Bangor, PA, website is Rockaway, NJ, and another Allentown, PA. Their Company representative Dennis Gordon sold me for $ 575.00 a 401k list of 6000 people requesting a information on 401k’s for telemarketing campaign. He claims to be in business for over 10 years, etc, etc, etc. Look him up on Linkedin, only one endorsement. He said they would rerun the campaign if not satisfied the first time, got two calls on first run. Thus, the campaign was supposedly run twice and I got only 14 people to respond, really no way of auditing their service. All responses had one thing in common, all upset, wanted to know how I got their number, had not requested anyone to call them, were under or over the age bracket I purchased, and everything from unemployed to 76 years of age and retired.
He does enforce their Terms and Conditions Agreement with its no refund policy. He also threatened me if I refused to pay. Spend your money elsewhere! It is companies like this that give industries a bad reputation. I checked Linkedin and others and only one endorsement… should have known better. I just called their phone number and get a recording.
I tried to authenticate their service prior to purchase but only found Gordon’s name on lInkedin. When I questioned him lack of exposure on web he said they stick with what has worked in the past and don’t promote media like Linkedin.
Update: Just found another address under their phone number with the Better Business Bureau: THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED
