History
Established in 2011.
As owner of Mina Group, acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina specializes in creating and operating upscale, innovative restaurant concepts, including Michael Mina, RN74 and Bourbon Steak. Wit & Wisdom, A Tavern by Michael Mina is Mina’s latest partnership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, having opened Bourbon Steak at Four Seasons Georgetown in Washington, DC in 2008 to rave reviews. Wit & Wisdom offers menus featuring contemporary comfort food and seafood in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. «I’m thrilled to be collaborating with Four Seasons on another project,» says Mina. «They understand the importance of providing an exceptional food and beverage experience for their guests.»

Manager
A native of Davidsonville, Maryland, Zack Mills graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2007. Immediately following graduation, Mills began working in various kitchens in the Washington, D.C. area before landing his dream job at Bourbon Steak, a Michael Mina restaurant located in the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C.
In 2012, Mills accepted the opportunity of a lifetime to join Mina Group Corporate as an executive sous chef working under the direction of Michael Mina. There, he oversaw the culinary operations for the James Beard award-winning chef’s East Coast restaurants along with several notable restaurant openings including PABU in Baltimore, Maryland.
Continuing under Mina’s mentorship, Mills recently accepted the executive chef position at Wit & Wisdom, Mina’s upscale American tavern located in Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. At Wit & Wisdom, Mills is responsible for overseeing daily breakfast, lunch and dinner services, as well as Four Seasons room service.
