Baltimore Piano Academy welcomes eager learners of all ages and any levels to start or to continue their music education. We offer private piano and voice instructions. Our credo is to reach the potentiality and satisfaction of each student. The highest quality of lessons is guaranteed.
We base out teaching process strictly on individual needs. Every student is provided with a different type and/or style of instruction according to their age, character, interests, and knowledge base. Essentially the teaching process with each student is absolutely different because we are all unique.
The owner and an instructor of BPA, Elina Nostrant, is highly skilled, experienced musician with Master of Music in Performance and Pedagogy /teaching/. Her students enjoy learning process and their results are always beyond any expectations. They regularly participate on different performing activities including recitals, festivals, auditions, and are first prize winners of local competitions. Such an activities are strictly voluntary and are based on level of preparation and desire of each student.
The Baltimore Piano Academy provides the highest quality of private piano instruction to their students. Our goal it to not only to teach our students to play piano but to recognize beauty, to be kind, intelligent, spiritually rich, and to be a better human being and fill our society with culture, morals of the highest calibre, inspiration, and love.

Business Owner
Hello, my name is Elina Nostrant. I am a professional pianist and a teacher by education and mission. I was born in musical family. The music was the soul and the air of our daily life. I was not just studying the music — I lived in it. I was born in Baku, USSR to highly educated parents.
I was fortunate to study with the best teachers, talented, and renowned musicians. I started my music education by going to the Music School for Children in Baku, USSR. After graduating the MSC and a Music College par excellence I was accepted to a prestigious State Conservatory in Baku, USSR where I earned a Masters of Music, sum cum laude, in Performance and Pedagogy.
Upon completing my formal education I continued to perform and started to teach. My places of work are: GITIS, Moscow, Mercyhurst College, Erie, PA, Neighborhood Art House and my own business of music education. I am fiercely dedicated to my students and I am always looking to meet more of music lovers.
