Vision Iconique

A couple runs this shop, and they are both lovely. Service is friendly and super helpful, and the optometrist, Dr. Nadia, is excellent and pays attention to your concerns and observations. I got contacts here, so I can’t speak about the glasses, but they do have quite a selection, and the shop is comfortable and clean and brightly lit, definitely relaxing. There is plenty of parking in the plaza, and they use a convenient online appointment and medical information site, which is always handy. They also take a variety of insurances, which is always great. Definitely recommend Vision Iconique!

After recently transplanting to Baltimore, I am certain I have found my optometrist here at Vision Iconique. Everyone here is as friendly as can be, and makes you feel comfortable. Even the phone conversations are pleasant with them. I had a much overdue eye exam, and got my contact lens prescription ordered and the contacts were delivered promptly. They even helped me get a rebate on the contacts. How nice is that? And I initially thought I’d need new glasses since I broke the frame, but they fixed them for me, easy as that. So I saved money and got to keep the glasses I already love. I also didn’t feel pressured to spend money on anything at any point in time. And they have convenient parking in a lot. And you can fill out your patient intake form online which saves time and is super convenient. This place really has it together!

A hidden gem — seriously I passed the place many times and didn’t know it was an eyeglass store! Apparently they can’t put a sign in the window, however this place is amazing — great selection, better than lenscrafters and was thrilled to find out they take my insurance. The husband of the eye doctor has a flair for style and helped me choose fabulous glasses that were also on sale (Jimmy Choo) I also got a pair of Coach glasses. They graciously worked with me to change the lenses when the first ones which were bifocals felt odd. I like shopping at a boutique rather than big commercial store — Eddie the husband was honest about what looked good and worked with my face — have gotten a lot of compliments on them.

For one I am a person who goes off of impulse. On Friday at 2:34 pm I decided that I want contacts lenses and I wanted them NOW. I called and they got me in there at 4!!! The receptionist is a sweet heart. Very nice guy. He got me in, got me settled before I saw the doctor. The doctor was great, very nice and knowledgeable. I never worn contacts, and they helped me through it great. When I called around to price out contact exams they were the least expensive. Some of these places try and charge $ 195 for an exam which is a high way robbery. Their exam was under a hundred.
Cant wait to go back.

I wanted stylish glasses w/​out being overly trendy and Edouard’s suggestions were helpful.
As far as the lens is concerned, I went w/​the type of anti-​glare he suggested. I’ve always had anti-​glare on my glasses so I thought I knew all about it but the type I went w/​ (can’t remember the name) made a world of difference, especially when driving at night…
I was also pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-​up call a couple of weeks later
