Van Dyke & Bacon Comfort Shoes

I went in to get measured for shoes and to buy some quality comfortable shoes. The two salesmen I worked with were both very pleasant and accommodating. It ends up that I was wearing the wrong size, and actually have an uncommon size that isn’t even made much anymore. The sales staff worked hard looking for shoes that fit me and would work for what I was interested in, including ordering shoes. In the end, I got a shoe that fit very well, and while it wasn’t 100% what I wanted, I know they did their best and got me the closest thing to what I wanted, considering what options are being made today and I appreciate their time and attentiveness. The price for the shoes I purchased was the same as Zappos, so they are competitive on price too!

I had been primarily ordering shoes until I found this place. No more! I love the feeling of actually going into a real store in my area, getting help with sizing from a professional, and walking out of the store with my purchase. They’ve got a great selection of shoes from all the hip, comfy companies. I’d love to see them carry shoes by Born, but honestly the selection is so good already.

Excellent service — these guys know how to properly fit shoes — turns out I had been wearing the wrong size for 40+ years! Nice to deal with a Company that is more concerned about the proper shoe for a customer than simply making a quick sale. Would definitely recommend!
