After getting in my first accident ever I was pretty intimidated and nervous about the entire repair process. US Auto Collision communicated every step of the way with me as they replaced my bumper and fixed additional minor damages on the vehicle. They sent me daily updates and had the car completed sooner than they estimated.
The area around the shop can be not the best, but I highly recommend this shop for all of your auto repair needs!

My insurance company sent me here after an accident I was in.
Great body work, but when I got the car back, no power locks and no air conditioning!
Should it have been covered with the accident? Shop guys said «Nope, that’s a different part of the car.». Could they have f’ed something up while working on it? Shop guys said «Nope, that’s a different part of the car.».
Seemed pretty straight forward to me:
Worked when came in, stopped when left shop!
They refused to take blame, but said they would fix for $$$!
