Just thought I should let folks know that it’s not always open at 11pm, or even 10pm, on a Thursday night, which is when I tried to visit it from a nearby hotel, contra the first reviewer. It was closed; I ended up in a 7 – 11 a couple of blocks away. It looked fine from the outside, which is all my rating reflects.

Love it. Quick service, friendly staff, and they don’t look at me weird when I order a cheese sandwich. Great place to stop on my way to class when I forget to bring my lunch, because I know I’m only going to be in there about two minutes.

Small, local & filled with everything you crave at 11 p.m. when the grocery store is to far or you’re too drunk to make it there. I have to say that I agree with their boast of «convenient.» I walk past this store everyday on my way to class and it’s a nice local shop. The people behind the counter are always friendly and take time to get to know you if you’re a regular there like me. The place is clean, well organized, and has an ATM inside(which is important since they only take cash). Prices are what you’d expect from a convenient store — though here they’ll gift you the change when you’re total comes to $ 7.04. They also have a deli counter so this is a quick and easy place to grab breakfast or lunch. I’ve had their BLT and turkey club — both of which hit the spot and were ready quick. Just watch yourself — it’s a favorite lunch stop for many of the people who work downtown in the university or hospital, so it gets busy between 11 and 1.
