I came here to get a copy of my birth certificate for a new job. Line was long and one lady rudely jumped in front of me. Oh well. The workers were ok. Not mean but not nice neither. Pretty mundane work tasks after-​all. You come here to get a copy of the document you need (birth certificate/​death certificate/​marriage license/​whatever) and then don’t come back until you need another one. Such is life (and death).
