SUMMARY: Local, fun shopping in Fells.
FULL STORY: I have shopped here a few times for a friend’s housewarming, birthday, Christmas, and also for my own place.
What stands out most is that everyone who has helped me here has been beyond pleasant and helpful. It has a really nice neighborhood feel when you go in.
They have furniture and lots of housewares, including kitchen… some more unique (Maryland crab pillows) and some pretty standard (Re-​wined candles). It looks like they can order furniture for you in different fabrics, but it’s not something I’ve tried… I do feel like the prices are a little more «boutique» than, say, similar items at West Elm.

Came here with my fiancée to kill some time and also check out some couches. The customer service here is great. A guy approached us shortly after we entered, and asked if he could help. We asked if they had any couches in leather or anything hypoallergenic, and he took great pains to look through their alternative materials for the displayed couches to find us some options. In the end, we didn’t purchase anything, but I appreciated the friendliness and effort.
The items seem pricier than, say, Ikea furniture, but I guess that’s to be expected.

I love Su Casa! Not only do they have reasonably priced, well made, and stylish furniture, but their customer service is top notch. They are helpful without being pushy (*ahem* Arhaus), and the store is so fun to browse! As an example of their service: our first large purchase here was a couch. It was mistakenly marked at a lower price, but they offered to honor the lower price anyways without us even asking! When it came time for delivery, the couch literally showed up at our door at exactly the specified time (i’m not sure that this has ever happened to me). We live in an apartment with security and a doorman, so the fact that the delivery guys were able to bring it to our door without bugging us at all was great. Bottom line: this is now my go to source for furniture :)

Let’s support small businesses! I love Su Casa, particularly this location, for all they offer. My fiancé got his sectional from here many years ago, and though he paid a pretty penny for it, it was worth every cent. It’s so comfortable, soft, and cozy.
I’ve bought lots of gifts here for holidays, birthdays, and just because! The variety and quaintness of items make it fun to browse and shop around. If they are out of stock of an item, they will record your name and call you as soon as there’s an update on your merchandise. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

Su casa has the best customer service hands down. I will go back there every time if I need something. You get what you pay for and I will gladly shop there.

You could do a lot of damage in this store! We loved just about everything in there and everyone else was seeming to love it too!

This place had furniture, household items, and tons of items for the kitchen. We bought some furniture cleaner that is considered the bomb and hard to find.

Very disappointed in this store.
I like the selection. We splurged on a set of dining chairs. The initial customer service was excellent.
We were quoted 8 – 10 weeks for delivery of the chairs. 14 weeks later we do not have chairs. We had to call on multiple occasions to request loaner chairs for a family event. There was no accountability for the wait on their end and no concession in price despite the long delay. Due to this experience I would not shop with them again.

One of my favorite shops to hit before Christmas. Lots of unique kitchen gifts, quirky trinkets, and luxury soaps as well as a nice selection of children’s gifts and housewares.

This is a really cute store. They sell larger furniture pieces (beds, dressers, big area rugs, etc.), but they also have a ton of cute items to sift through. They have a candle section, a kitchen and bath accessories area, a children’s toys section, and some sections in the center by the cash register where you can find anything from a calculator that looks like a chocolate bar to quirky greeting cards.
My friend and I decided to go in Su Casa really just to take the edge off b/​c it was freezing when we were walking around Fells Point. I am happy we did because this store is really cute, it’s a store where I ended up purchasing a couple items because I kept saying, «oh so and so would love this» and «This would be perfect for…»
They have a lot of things you find on the fly and buy, and those are the things that I think make the best gifts.
If you happen to pass by, stop in and see what you come across… I mean, who wouldn’t be interested in a pack of STD clinic/​free clinic writing pens that thwart people from stealing or walking off with your pens :)

Kind of like a crappier Pier One Imports as it has a very small selection.

This place is decent but I find it to be overrated and way over priced. In no way am I cheap but spending $ 35 on a salt and pepper shaker seems steep to me. I think this place is more so designed for tourists.

There are a lot of things to like about Su Casa. It has a great location, friendly staff, and the prices aren’t prohibitive at all. If your home was a blank slate, you could get just about everything you needed at Su Casa to fill it up.
My own personal tastes however, have kept me from buying much of anything here. I wouldn’t say that the stuff they sell is boring, but it does lack personality in my book. It’s by no means as bad as a place like Pier 1 Imports (seriously though… the last time I walked into one of those stores, I just thought to myself… who the heck shops here?), but overall I think the place just lacks depth.
To put it another way, the last day when there was a chance I’d buy anything other than a gift or the smallest of accents (I’m talking fridge magnets here) at Su Casa was the day before I discovered Trohv in Hampden.

Have you ever tried shopping on a buzz? You should try it, you never know what you could come home with. Fell’s Point is right there making it pretty convenient.
If you’re with anti– shoppers, they can plop down on the sofas and pick up a funny coffee table book. You’ll have to pull them out of the store. There’s a ton of unique pieces of furniture and decorating pieces that make you want to move it right into your home. Not sure how pick up works though? Maybe they have a pick-​up deck or maybe they offer decent delivery rates.

I bought 2 identical couch looking red sofa-​beds over 2 years for our Great Room from Su Casa. I loved the way the 1^st one looked so much I ordered a matching sofa-​bed the next year. See photo.
I got the idea after seeing a similar leather covered couch at a friends house. However, I wanted a «warmer» cloth cover. I shopped around the DC metro area and could only find leather covered sofa-​beds. I got on-​line and found what I wanted by a Canadian company. Su Casa was the nearest furniture store that handle this company’s products.
So we trekked to the Fells Point location from southern MD. Glad we did!
When I decided to order a 2^nd sofa-​bed, I called and made the financial arrangements and they placed the order. Both items were delivered within the time frame promised. There was 1 slip up. The legs on the 2^nd sofa-​bed was black instead of the natural brown stain to match the 1^st sofa-​bed. No problem! Su Casa ordered the correct legs for me and mailed them to me also with the time frame promised. There was no wailing or teeth gnashing to get the correct legs; not even a follow up call from me. Su Casa called and said the legs were in and they mailed the legs. That is service I can not complain about. Mistakes happen. It’s how the company reacts when a mistake happens that matter.
Next time we want furniture, I will start my search here.

I have had a good experience here, as I wandered in here to browse not knowing I would fall in love with a soft, plush oversized Alligator baby blanket. It looked like one-​of-​a-​kind, and I did google searches but could not find the Maison Chic blanket to actually purchase without being a wholesale buyer. So I called Su Casa again and purchased it via their sales associate, who offered to gift wrap it (an ok-​job, tape was messy and paper not cut straight, but met my requests to use anything blue and green — cute curling ribbon) and they shipped it to my house in a larger shipping box with foam peanuts. It came within 3 business days, so I was very happy with the service and was extremely eager to ship this off to my cousin’s new baby in Japan. Japan is full of amazing and weird toys, but I hope that they have never seen an alligator blanket that is nearly 3 feet x 3 feet big! It was $ 35 plus tax and shipping = $ 43. So, while I normally wouldn’t spend that much on a baby blanket, I knew this was a good purchase and will put a smile on their faces!
The store is full of really fun and quirky findings, as well as traditional, practical wares, and furniture.
I’d like to go back if I have some money to spare :)

What a cute store!!! My hubby and I were looking for a couple of bar stools and we found them here.
1. They carry furniture, housewarming gifts, kitchenware, bathroom décor, etc. — something for everyone type of a store.
2. We bought our bar stools in the color and the materials we wanted. They had catalogs you can look through and get exactly what you want.
3. Nice customer service! Initially they told us the chairs will be delivered in 8 wks but they came a lot earlier. Also, they called before AND after we received the chairs to make sure we were happy with them — if not, they told us, we can returned them for a full refund.
4. FREE DELIVERY!!!

Such a cute little store hidden in Fell’s Point! Great customer service to boot. I had been on a hunt for Lavender Citrus Tea Forte tea, and Megan searched their stock and called their other store to locate two boxes for me. All the while, she kept me posted on her progress with phone calls. They then held the tea for me for several days until it could be picked up. I’m one very satisfied customer.

Great stuff for the home, fairly reasonably priced as well. Reasonably priced delivery is available as well. My wife & I used to shop here fairly frequently. Great place to buy housewarming gifts, birthday gifts, etc.
I wish there were someplace like this close to where I live now.
