Established in 2009.

Studio Marmalade is owned and operated by Neelab Mahmoud, AIA. Neelab is a designer with a Masters degree in Architecture and a diverse portfolio of projects and skills. Studio Marmalade is a multi-​faceted design firm, whose philosophy is based on the notion that good design transcends boundaries of form– whether the program is a home, kitchen remodel, book cover or a web site, the process of deliberate design should always be engaged and utilized. Neelab is passionate about the work she does and is happy to talk with you about your design needs and goals.

From her studies, travels and work background, Neelab has cultivated a strong sense of people and their environments, both physical and virtual. It was with this sense that she started her own business– one that celebrates the serendipitous and seeks design without boundaries.
