Sonic

This sonic is located in a weird part of town… the food is Sonicerfic but I have never found places like this 5 star. I can’t give locations like this more then three stars. I will likely return as their drinks are good… but I find the price expensive for the value.

I love Sonics but this location isn’t great. First of all I feel like I need to have the car doors locked and be the alert even in the daytime. And at night it’s even worse. If it wasn’t for happy hour. But yea the food is terrible. My cheesesteak was inedible. It was burnt old food scraps. Gross. The only thing was the drinks. Those were okay but I want consistent Sonic food. How hard is it to make chili cheese tots? And the drive here, the potholes could swallow your car.

You want a great Sonic experience? This is the location! Every time I have gone there it’s been friendly curious staff and good food. The shakes are awesome. The slushes are great and it is one of only fast food joints you can get several styles of hot dogs.

Quick service, friendly staff. The food is… well, it’s Sonic. You crave it for no reason, enjoy eating it, and then instantly feel guilty once you’re full.

Imagine pulling up to Sonic expecting to indulge yourself in one of their delectable treats and get the Queen of Unprofessionalism intervening because they screwed up your order. Rather than apologize, she had to «educate» me on their mistake. I don’t need to hear a bunch of blah blah blah excuses. Even after I told her that she was not being helpful, she continued with her blah blah blah. Just apologize and fix it. Never ever will I return! This was the worst customer service ever.

I only come here for their shakes and limeade.
I dunno, their shake creations are pretty great and are always loaded. I really like the consistency too; not too thick, not too thin. Any and all flavors are great.
Their limeade is something on a different level for me. If i’m thirsty, a Sonic Limeade is what comes to mind. Specifically, their Strawberry Limeade. With bits of strawberry (whether frozen or fresh, I don’t give an) effort to make it here at all costs. What makes it great is their ice too, which are little beads of ice which I think helps disburse the cooling throughout the levels of the cup. But what do I know, I’m just saying stuff. All you gotta know is that it’s great. The food however, I haven’t tried so I dunno.

My sister and I craved something cold, and she immediately suggested Sonic.
I had Sonic food in the past, and personally… I was not a fan.
For late-​night munchies, my sister did suggest Chilli Cheese Tater Tots, and wow! I think this place is the go-​to for chilli cheese tots and slush.
We had a super friendly male server on a late Saturday night… Our $ 13.00 order was as follows:
$ 3.99 Jr. Burger Kids Meal substituted with fries and $ 0.30 Blue Raspberry Slush with $ 0.50 Nerds Candy
$ 2.79 Small SONIC Master Blast with $ 0.80 Salted Caramel Brownie
$ 2.19 Small Chili Cheese Tater Tots
$ 1.19 Small Cherry Slush with $ 0.50 Nerd Candy
So many choices and combinations for drinks… Definitely opt to add the Nerds candy to your slush.
Oh, and there is no public restroom for customers.

Every time I come here they get my order wrong somehow. If my boyfriend wasn’t so obsessed with it, I’d never go. Be VERY specific when ordering and have them repeat it to you.

I didnt get any hotdogs so my food wasnt gross but service was not great. Switched my meal into another bag and had a diff. type of burger. But still the burger was good. Also, the chicken burger was good and the strawberrt shake. The chilli cheese fries was good but it had like 10 fries when we ordered a large. Ur choice on going or not.

Second time in a row I came here totally disappointed. You can tell when a place just don’t care and this Sonic display it well.

She said…“Out of all the sonics we’ve been to this is def the worst. Normally we love sonic but this one just didn’t do it for us. Service wasn’t great and they never came bak to give us our 2 dollar change…”

Two words for this particular branch: BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
I love Sonic! Even when Sonic might add an extra 30 minutes to my trip, I’d still try to check it out. This branch of Sonic is such a big disappointment. Sure, food came out fast but it’s not hot at all. Come on, how hard is it to heat the food before serving the customers. I won’t be checking out this branch anymore.

I understand that reviews will vary due to time and who’s working. But I had a great experience here. It was during the «Half Price All Day Happy Hour» on tax day, and I figured the staff would be grumpy and overworked. Nup. I ordered a diet cherry limeade and asked if they had Frito Pie up here. Y’know, because I can’t read a menu.
The waitress/​hop said absolutely, and at that exact time I saw the item (bottom left corner). We both shared a laugh — no, she didn’t laugh at me, or snicker — and she was prompt, friendly and professional when I pull up to the window.
Next time I’ll do the full drive-​in thing. Yay for Sonic making it’s way up here!

I Love Sonic! But these young gentlemen that work at this location are extremely friendly. They are gay and love to have fun with the customers as they come through the drive-​thru. I believe its two of them and I catch either one of them every time I go! They make my trip to Sonic even better!

Drive thru speaker didn’t work. Waited in line for 10 min and gave up. Pulled into stall, pushed button, waited, waited, waited… Someone came on to take half my order and then cut me off. Waited for them to come back, waited waited waited. Drove off in frustration. Total wait was ~30min

8 mins from the Baltimore Harbor.

First time at sonic EVER and I was super excited to have the experience! The pull-​up ordering and skate waiters were awesome. BUT food was regular to any other fast food chain, and they completly screwed up our order. Nonetheless, I will return to sonic because the limeaides are AMAZING!

Got my order wrong, wouldn’t listen to me through the speaker, and when they forgot part of my order had an attitude about me still being there waiting on my food. This is the closest one to DC but I won’t be back.

Nothing beat Sonic for a quick meal — I love their tots and the fact that they have breakfast available all day and my wife loves their beverage selection. You can’t go wrong with happy hour from 2 – 4 pm. I just wish there was a Sonic closer to DC!

Cool drinks on a hot day. My service was fast and efficient through the drive-​thru. Drop through for the happy hr. half price drinks and slushes from 2−4pm…
