Business Owner

Lori Simpson is the principal of the Simpson Law Group, LLC in Baltimore, MD. She routinely represents individuals and businesses in all the bankruptcy courts in Maryland. She is highly skilled in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy. Since 1997, she has been a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Maryland.

Ms. Simpson is a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar, the Bankruptcy Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, and International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation. She is a past director of the Bankruptcy Bar Association and is active in the Women’s Bar Association where she served as Co-​Chair of the Business Development Committee. She is currently on the Diversity Committee for the Bar Association of Baltimore City.
