History

Established in 2001.

I began my career in real estate sales with O’Conor Piper and Flynn in Lutherville/​Timonium in 2001, moved to Coldwell Banker’s Crosss Keys office in 2005 and transferred to the Canton office of Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin in 2008. Since then our name has been changed to Prudential Homesale YWGC Realty and my office is located in the Harbor View/​Fells Point area.

In late 2008, Frank and I decided to list our Homeland house of 9+ years and relocate (staying inside Baltimore City) closer to our boat. We walked along the promenade at Bo Brooks and walked into Sharon’s real estate office. Sharon was called by the receptionist notifying her that there were customers (us) neading assistance. She zoomed from her house to meet with us. After visiting 3+dozen homes later, we settled on new construction in Butchers Hill. And, Sharon listed, AND navigated us through all of the demands of the buyers of our Homeland house with grace, patience, laser-​focused detail and good humor. Searching for a realtor?
